Shipping:

We do world-wide shipping to anywhere where EMS(Express Mail Service) can reach. To make sure you receive the item(s) on time, please provide the correct shipping address. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we will try our best to ship everything to you at once. No matter the item amount for per transaction. The item will be shiped out in 6- 48hours from we got your payment. And normally needs around 5-7 business days to your door. A signature will be required.

Return & Exchange

For Return:

First:please contact us by email, and stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt. The postage cost is not reimbursed.

Second:the product must be absolutely new and in the same condition as what you receive. and please send back the returns by insured airmail, we will not be responsible for any loss and damage of return shipments.

Third:to obtain the return address by email. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card within 10 days after we receiving the return. The $30 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so any questions, please contact us freely.

For Exchange:

First:exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. One time only on each item.

Second:please inform us the return reason and which item will be instead, but only equal price replacement be accepted.

Third:exchanges should pay $30 of total shipping. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the client is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process.

please be aware that we will issue the replacement only after your return have been received.
